Meet the Kokes Properties team. 

Michael J. Kokes
President

Mr. Kokes is a third-generation developer having grown up immersed in the building industry. He is the founder and President of Kokes Properties and is tasked with overseeing the strategic planning as well as daily operations of the company. Prior to his forming of Kokes Properties, Mr. Kokes was a Vice President with his family’s business, The Kokes Organization, where he oversaw the management of numerous construction projects, as well as the ultimate divestiture of the family assets. Mr. Kokes continues to leverage his deep industry contacts to source off market deals, as well as draw from his previous experiences to entitle, construct, and manage the various Kokes Property assets.  


Clark McIntyre
Vice President of Operations

Mr. McIntyre is responsible for all operational activities pertaining to Kokes Properties’ real estate portfolio, including acquisition underwriting, development feasibility, construction oversight, and asset management. Prior to joining Kokes Properties in 2019, Mr. McIntyre served as Vice President of Operations at Roger Mumford Homes, where he was actively involved in the design, planning, construction, and delivery of more than 400 residential units between New York and New Jersey. Mr. McIntyre graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics and from New York University with a MS in Real Estate Finance & Investment.

Stephanie Gulick-Katz  
Controller

Mrs. Gulick-Katz presently serves as the Controller for Kokes Properties, where she handles and oversees all matters pertaining to job costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and auditing. Prior to her involvement with Kokes Properties, Stephanie worked for The Kokes Organization for over 20 years, where she reported directly to the Chief Financial Officer and assisted the company in the delivery of over 2,000 housing units.
