Move-In at South Jersey Extra Space Storage
Winslow, NJ – Move-in is official at the new 78,500 square foot Extra Space Storage facility at 300 Sicklerville Road in Winslow Township, New Jersey. Winslow Township Mayor Barry Wright, Extra Space Storage at Winslow owners Michael J. Kokes of Kokes Properties and Steve Patron of Harvestate Group celebrated the grand opening January 31.
General contracting firm ARCO Design/Build Industrial facilitated construction and delivery of the township’s newest commercial ratable. Since groundbreaking last July, ARCO led a smooth buildout resulting in on-time and under budget completion of the Extra Space Storage facility.

The grand opening of this project is a testament to their superior business leadership and responsible corporate citizenship. We also thank the hard-working tradesmen and women who played a vital role in bringing this project to completion,” said Mayor Wright.

Steve Patron, Managing Member of Harvestate, praised the support received from Winslow Township during the entitlement and construction periods as well as the capability of ARCO. “It takes a great team to bring a state-of-the-art facility such as this to fruition in less than a year. Today, Winslow Township has a new community asset and ratable.”
Conveniently situated along Sicklerville Road, the facility meshes well with the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township and is positioned near dozens of area businesses and residential communities. The gated property is staffed by two employees and can be accessed by storage space renters during operating hours.
