Construction Continues at The Mill at Riverside

RIVERSIDE, NJ – Construction continues at The Mill at Riverside, as Kokes Properties commences construction on the final building in the project’s first phase. The final 48,000 square foot building will add another 40 apartments with garages to the existing 86 units on site.  

The Mill has enjoyed unusually strong demand to date as evidenced by the first 22 townhome units being fully leased within three months of opening. The 64-unit apartment building located at the center of the property is expected to be ready for tenant occupancy by Labor Day and is already more than 30% pre-leased. Clubhouse construction will also conclude around the same time as the apartment building and will offer residents an array of lifestyle amenities that promote social interaction within the community.

The success of the project can be partially attributed to the location and design of the product. Located just 30 minutes outside Philadelphia and just 20 minutes from Cherry Hilly, the project boasts phenomenal access to highways and mass transportation. Conveniently situated just two blocks from the NJ Transit RiverLINE station, The Mill offers easy access to mass transit options, including train and bus lines, that are well-positioned to meet the needs of the modern commuter.
