Kokes Properties Announces Promotion of Stephanie Gulick-Katz to Controller

BRIELLE, NJ – Kokes Properties is pleased to announce that Stephanie Gulick-Katz has been promoted to the position of Controller. Having been with Kokes Properties since its inception, and previously working for the Kokes family for more than 20 years, Mrs. Gulick-Katz current role will include overseeing the many components of accounting; including job costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and auditing. Mrs. Gulick-Katz has played a crucial role in Kokes Properties growth as the company has expanded its in-house construction and property management divisions.

Mrs. Gulick-Katz’s knowledge of accounting has been invaluable as Kokes Properties has grown over the past few years.
