Kokes Properties Expands Property Management Team

BRIELLE, NJ – Kokes Properties is pleased to announce the hiring of Mary Dugan as Community Manager for The Mill at Riverside during the company’s initial build out of its in-house property management team. 

Dugan has over 25 years of experience in real estate and property management from sales of new homes to leasing and managing garden style communities and high-rise properties. During her career Dugan has managed 5 diverse communities throughout New Jersey. In her most recent position as Operations Manager for a residential condominium association located in the Central New Jersey Area, Dugan was responsible for overseeing 1,190 condominium homes for an over 55+ age restricted community.  

As a current resident, new to Riverside within the last few years, Dugan is excited to be a part of the town’s progress and looks forward to building strong relationships within her own community as she manages The Mill at Riverside project.
