Kokes Properties Expands Construction Management Team

Kokes Properties is pleased to announce the hiring of Michael Carty as Construction Manager as the company continues to build out its in-house construction management services. 

Carty brings 18 years of construction experience to the firm, having worked in a variety of disciplines throughout his career, including project management, field supervision, third-party inspections, and testing. Most recently, Carty worked as a project superintendent for ARCO Design/Build where he oversaw several large-scale commercial and industrial developments. He will be primarily responsible for overseeing daily construction activities for Kokes’ New Jersey-based projects, including the firm’s flagship asset, The Mill at Riverside – an approved 190-unit multifamily community expected to break ground in November.
