Kokes Properties Adds To Construction Management Team

Kokes Properties is pleased to announce the hiring of Hunter Golightly as Construction Manager as the company continues to expand its projects and in-house construction management services. 

Mr. Golightly will serve as a Construction Manager and brings to Kokes Properties a unique background in construction. He started his career with Toll Brothers as a Customer Care Representative who handled warranty and customer service for the highest volume community in the entire country. In this fast-paced environment he honed his management and organization skills. After that he spent several years in Energy Consulting.  There he learned the newest methods of green building and sustainability, including working on both Energy Star and LEED projects. Mr. Golightly will help to implement additional green building techniques to Kokes Properties development pipeline. His primarily responsibilities will be overseeing daily construction activities for Kokes’ New Jersey-based projects, including the firm’s flagship asset, The Mill at Riverside.
